Welcome to Sitges
Sitges is a coastal town located in the province of Barcelona, within the Catalonia region of northeastern Spain. It lies approximately 30 kilometres south of Barcelona and is part of the Garraf coastal area.

Travel & Transportation to Sitges
From Barcelona Airport (BCN):
- Taxi: ~25–30 min, around €50–60.
- Bus (Bus Garraf / MonBus): Direct from Terminal 1 to Sitges, ~30–40 min.
- Train: No direct train. Take R2 Nord to Barcelona Sants, then R2 Sud to Sitges (total ~1 h).
From Barcelona City Centre:
- Train: Frequent R2 Sud trains from Sants, Passeig de Gràcia, or Estació de França (30–45 min).
- Taxi: ~40 min, approx. €70–75.
Local Transportation: Sitges is a compact and walkable town. Most hotels, restaurants, and the conference venue are within short walking distance. If you wish to visit Barcelona, frequent train connections run every 15–20 minutes during the day.
