HOTEL RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservations
- Telephone bookings are not accepted.
- All reservations must be made via the official forms or by email.

Rates
- Prices are per room, per night, and include breakfast and City Tax
- VAT is not included (21%)

Payment
- Full payment is required in advance.
- An invoice will be issued to proceed with payment.
- Reservations are confirmed only once payment is received.
- Accepted methods: bank transfer.

Currency
- Payments must be made in Euros.

Allocation & Availability
- Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis after payment.
- A block of rooms is reserved for official congress dates.
- Pre- and post-congress nights are subject to hotel availability.

Recommendation
- Participants are strongly advised to book as early as possible to guarantee availability.

Liability
- The organizers accept no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the congress.

 

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy
- By 31 December 2025 → Full refund, minus €50 administrative fee.
- From 1 January to 9 April 2026 → 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- After 9 April 2026 → No refunds will be issued.
- No-shows → No refund will be given.
