Reservations: Telephone bookings will not be accepted. All reservations must be made by completing the official forms or by email.

Rates: All rates are per room, per night, and include breakfast. City tax and VAT are not included in the prices listed.

Payment: Full payment is required in advance. An invoice will be sent to proceed with the payment, and reservations will only be confirmed once payment has been received.

Currency: All payments must be made in Euros, either by bank transfer or by credit card (VISA or MasterCard).

Allocation: Hotel reservations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of full payment.

Availability: A block of rooms has been reserved for the official congress dates. Pre- and post-congress stays are subject to hotel availability.

Recommendation: Participants are strongly advised to book their hotel accommodation as early as possible to guarantee availability.

Liability: The organizers accept no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the congress.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing to Núria at: nuria@barcelonahair.org

Cancellations received by 31/12/2025: Full refund minus a €50 administrative costs.

Cancellations received between 01/01/2026 and 09/04/2026: 50% refund of the total amount paid.

After 09/04/2026: No refunds will be issued.
